K.K. Metals, forging division of K.K. GROUP has a very impressive growth history with production capacity of 8000 Tons per annum and development saga of more than 200 forged components that include Flanges, Stub Axles, Coupling & Timing Gears, etc. It consistently benchmarks good quality standards and processes and is ISO 9001 : 2000 Quality Certified.

This division commenced its business in the year 1997 and has specialized in Impression- Closed Die Forgings using Upsetting Drop Hammers and Power / Screw Presses. The focus on quality has led to its recognition and success in the industry. The company has complete in-house setup for CAD- Die Development Tool Room, Cutting, Press & Hammer Forging, Heat Treatment, Finishing, CNC Machining, etc.

The company manufactures Industrial customized forgings that are inputs for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) & Tier 1 companies like New Holland, TATA- Cummins, Robert Bosch, Honda, Hero Honda, Sonalika Tractors, Caterpillar, etc. and is even enlisted for purchases by Government of India bodies thru NSIC.
