Test Equipment and Facilities
K.K. METALS has been certified by International Standards Organisation and has been conferred ISO 9001- 2000 for Quality Assurance and Management Systems. Our sophisticated plant, laboratory, and various sections have strict Quality Supervision over and above the standards laid down by the International Standards Organisation.

Each and every piece is checked for its visual and dimensional inaccuracy. We carry out a complete destructive test of 1 piece in every batch manufactured. Every material is handled carefully and supplied in specially developed bins so as to prevent any risk of damage caused due to mis-handling of the products. Due care is taken for the CNC Turned Products which are packed in special cartons that prevent rusting and contact with moisture.

We believe in documenting our each and every process. This helps in improved Supervision and Inspection. We have a documented system for set up approvals, in-process inspections and final inspection as per controlled and quality assurance plan. In addition to this, documented system for calibration of measuring instruments (Calibration of all the instruments is done every month which is far higher than industry standards) and gauges and for the raw-material inspection is an important phase in our move towards quality improvement.

We also have Design & Development Cells that take care of designing & preparation of QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) for each and every process and work that is under our production flowchart.
