The quality of a finished forging part is directly dependent on the quality of the Raw Material and its processing. Our Raw Material Processing can be classified into various activities of processes, namely Raw Material Purchase and Inspection, Raw Material Storage, Raw Material Issue, Cutting and Transfer for the forging process. K.K. Metals is one of the very few forging companies in India that maintains extreme transparency in Raw Material Procurement and Inspection. We purchase only customer-specified raw material and from an approved source and that too the reputed and best quality steel suppliers like Aarti Steels, Sunflag, Vardhman, Mukund, etc. We also work on a Job Work basis and provide state of art facilities for Raw Material storage with proper identification and tractability. We carry out Raw Material inspection in our well-facilitated Laboratory and Testing Lab along with external NABL-approved labs. We use one of the Best ERP software from Sanchay for our Raw Material tracking and inventory management, our bin cards are computerized and we have a real-time inventory tracking system and the same helps us in maintaining perfect Identification and Tractability. We have a Cutting facility using band saw machines, and Sheering facility using Sheering Presses for processing about 1200 metrics. tons of raw material per month.
